WSA -- What we are all about

Windsor Service Alliance is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to feeding residents of Windsor in need.

•   Each week WSA Pantry provides food for hundreds of Windsor families and senior citizens.

•   8% of Windsor residents use our services!

•   Over 50 volunteers glean, organize and give out food every week at WSA Pantry.

•   If you would like to volunteer, please get in touch!

Thank you for helping me get fruit & vegetables every week - I am grateful for all you do for us seniors!

Margo (age 72)

You all are beautiful for caring about my family. Thanks for all the food!

Anon (A grateful Family of 9)

Need Food?

The Windsor Service Alliance is currently holding two food services in the Pantry's parking lot, 8987 Windsor Road, at the intersection with Windsor River Road.

For Seniors 55 years and older, we have Senior service on Sundays from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

For anyone younger than 55 years, we distribute food on Saturdays, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No seniors are allowed on the premises at that time.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. No one should be hungry in Sonoma County.

If you can help - we need you!

No one should be hungry in Sonoma County. WSA is here to stop food insecurity in our beautiful community. Donate, volunteer, make a difference...

The Windsor Service Alliance must purchase most of the hi-quality proteins, healthy grains & legumes, canned and dry groceries on the open market, by the pallet. We need your financial help to continue to help our neighbors in need!

To donate money online, please use this convenient PayPal button:

To donate with a check, please send it to our P.O. box below.

You can also donate using the Roundup App. This simple, secure phone app rounds up each purchase on a credit or debit card to the nearest dollar, and once per month, donates the "spare change" to Windsor Service Alliance. To get started, download RoundUp App to your phone and choose Windsor Service Alliance to support us.

Use AmazonSmile whenever shopping on Amazon. Amazon donates 0.5% of your purchase price. To sign up, go to http://smile.amazon.com/ch/94-3196080.

You can also help by shopping locally at Oliver's Market. Oliver's donates a small portion of your purchases to the Windsor Service Alliance through the Redwood Empire Food Bank as part of their commitment to help the local community.

We need your time!

Volunteers are needed every Friday morning from 7:45 to 9:30 am. We pack bags, sort eggs and pastries, and set-up for the afternoon volunteers. Our Saturday volunteers work from 10 am to 3 pm. They help with the distribution of food, signing up new clients, packing bags, recording the number of clients served weekly, and cleaning up.

Our Food Pantry Garden in the Windsor Town Green Community Garden needs volunteers to help tend and harvest the vegetables from the beds dedicated to WSA's Food Pantry. Community gardeners can also request our volunteers to glean excess produce from their garden beds for donation to WSA. Anyone interested in helping garden or harvest can call the WSA at (707) 838-6947. If you find that you have excess fruits or vegetables from your own garden, you can bring them by the pantry and we would be more than happy to distribute them to the recipients.
